Suzanne Trepany has built her real-estate career on one guiding principle: Always work in the best interest of the client.
Suzanne is a keen negotiator and is known for her insight into market trends and expertise in preparing a home for sale. “Real estate deals are typically the biggest financial transactions people make in their lifetime,” Suzanne says. “I take satisfaction in ensuring that my clients get the best deal possible.”
Suzanne has been a faithful advocate for her clients for more than 20 years. A native of Houston, she moved to New York at age 18 for college and to pursue acting. “I did many commercials, usually in the role of the young domestic mother,” she says.
After coming to Los Angeles in the 1980s to further her acting career, she turned to real estate during a prolonged writers’ strike. What she thought would be a bridge turned into a passion, and she quickly junked acting for real estate. “I caught the bug for selling real estate when I made my first sale,” she says. “I never looked back.”
But she had one final stint in front of the cameras. Looking for a way to finance her new career, she went on the game show “Super Password” and won $10,000. Betty White gave her the clues “detective,” “bald” and “lollipop,” and Suzanne correctly said, “Kojak,” for a big victory.
Suzanne’s dedication and laser focus on your needs will help you get a winning result too.
